The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable candidates for the position of Innovation and Communication Specialist at its Headquarters in Ibadan.

Job Description:
• Use tractor and implements to perform various field operation/tasks such as land preparation, application of agro-chemical harvesting and haulage of seed from field.
• Do minor repair on tractors and implement when necessary
• Ensure project tractor and implement are well maintained and clean.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
• OND Mechanic/Trade Test I II and III, professional licence to operate tractor (Class E) plus at least 3 years experience in using tractors for various field operations in a research institute.
• Must have good eye sight
• Be able to work under pressure and be ready to work long hours and on weekends where necessary.
