Qualification: – B.Sc/HND in any of the sciences plus MBA. – Minimum of 8 years post qualification marketing experience gained in sales of industrial, protective and high-tech paints.

Key Job Specifications:
The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for achieving the set target for the Business Unit and will be expected to: – Initiate and execute sales strategies for the assigned business unit. – Prepare periodic reports and analyse sales activities including those of competitors. – Posses good interpersonal, communication' and organizational skills. – Have sound technical knowledge of his product/market – Be a person of integrity with excellent leadership ability, etc.
