Title: Labour ultimatum: Nyako threatens ‘no work, no pay’

Adamawa State Governor Murtala Nyako has threatened to apply the 'no work, no pay' policy should workers in the state comply with the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) directive of strike at the expiration of a two-week ultimatum it issued.

Why? Is the minimum wage too high for the state to pay? I still understand why most state governors in Nigeria find it so difficult to pay the minimum wage set by the Federal government.
