Foltechs Engineering Services Limited – Our objective as an engineering company is to help our numerous customers employ the use of electrical power safely, effectively and efficiently, through the timely provision of standardised electrical engineering products and services.

Key Responsibilities: – Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. – Log all after sales service issues. – Follow up on or after sales service issues – Give after sales feedback to customers. – Generate invoice for all walk in ustomers – Analyzing sales figures/date, interpreting trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes. – Key Performance indicators (KPI's): Importance of the management of the front office. – Meet least Fifty Percent (50%) of the issued Quotations. – Engage in Tele-marketing; follow up and close on all sales opportunities as at when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements – B.Sc/ HND in Electrical – Engineering or Social Sciences – Experience: 2 years – Age; Not more than 27years

Key competency Requirements:
Knowledge of Electrical Panelomponent – Have effective written, Communication and presentation skills. – Be able to work under pressure. – Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Power Point.

Basic Numerical Skills: – Third-party supplier and Vendor management – Be exceptional at relationship management and business development with extensive Customer interaction.
