Requirements: – Must be computer literate – At least 2 years experience in similar positions in preferably an hotel – Be able to greet, register and assign rooms to guests – Must have good phone and listening skills – Must be able to handle payments through cash, checks and electronic media – Be the first point of call for all customers and clients – Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
