Job Purpose/Scope: – This job exists to manage a Partner or a number of Partner Accounts in a given territory

Key Responsibilities: – Achieve Partner Account Sales Targets ( Volume and Value ) – Drive Secondary Sales – Forecasting / Stock planning – Build and maintain relationship with Retailers – Champion anti – counterfeit surveillance – Drive quality management policies in the territory. – Coach and train Partner's sales teams – Preparing relevant and accurate reports – Implementation of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities in the territory – Merchandising.

Qualifications, Experience: – A good first degree – Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in FMCG industry.

Competencies: – Key Account Management – Territory Management – Negotiation Skills – People Management – Presentation skills – Retail selling skills – Computer skills.
