The Human Resource Associate – Under the supervision of the Senior HRO, provides operational support to implement an effective, functional Human Resources (HR) process for AHNi in team functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HRlS, proper filing and documentation.

Minimum Requirements: – Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Administration or related field with 2-3 years work experience in the areas outlined – Ability to work well with others and to develop and maintain compatibility among project staff, subcontractors, and recipients of assistance. – Computer literate andprolicient in the use of word processing andspreadsheets is required. – Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with ability to work as a team member.
