Job Description: – Candidate must have a 5 years of relevant experience in building and Construction. – Must be able to handle construction/building project in an estate. – Must be able to develop and build affordable houses. – Effective project management – Stick to building budget – Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure that quality is maintained.
