Job Description: – Can direct the work of a group of Project Engineers, CAD Drafters and resident site Engineer – Works by direction and without Direct supervision – Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management – Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates – Ensure the proper execution as per the approved shop drawings – Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements – Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems – Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. – Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts – Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions – Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements: – 620 -11 HVAC Design Program – Carrier HVAC Equipment Selection Program – HEVACOP M&E Design Program – AUTOCAD R 2002- Computer AUTOCAD Drafting Program – MS Project- MS office XP Program-word, – Spreadsheet& Database – Specification Export, Specification Generating Program – Elite Automatic fire sprinkler design – National Engineering program specification (Database) – B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering – 4 years' of Consulting Engineering Experience – Good Communication, Presentation, – Interpersonal and Time Management Skills – Detail Oriented, Articulate, Proactive, Self Confidence.
