Desired Skills and Experience: – The ideal candidate should have completed a recoginised apprenticeship and possess "Trade Papers" as a Fitter and Turner and have previous experience in a chemical company as well as possess a valid forklift divers licence. – Process controls system experienceis required. – Other skills required are basic computer literacy and good communication skills. – The candidate must be well organized, able to plan and prioritize activities, and perform well under pressure. Ability to work as member of a team and individually. – Meet BASF pre-employment medical assessment requirements. – Own transport and valid driver's license. – Be willing to be on standby for designated periods. Be willing to work a shift system and overtime when company requirements deem it necessary.
