A staff of Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, who collapsed at his residence last weekend has died after receiving treatment at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) in Ikeja on Tuesday.

Onifade, a Professor of Sports Psychology, slumped at his house in FESTAC on Friday, September 12th.

Dr Adekunle Idris, the Chairman, Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), LASU chapter, who confirmed the death described Onifade as a good man.

Until his death, Onifade, in his late 50s, was a professor in the Department of Physical and Health Education.
