Job Description: – The Facility Manager will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility which includes all Electrical and mechanical systems.
Reports directly to the Head of Department. – Work with little or no supervision to carry out the responsibility for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of HND Engineering, Estate Management and any other relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience is essential
- Good communication skills.
