University of Lagos – popularly known as Unilag – is a federal government university with a main campus located at Akoka, Yaba, and a college of medicine located at Idi-Araba, all in Lagos, Lagos State, southern Nigeria. It is one of twenty-five federal universities which are overseen and accredited by the National Universities Commission. The University began with three faculties: Commerce and Business Administration, Law and Medicine. The faculties of Arts, Education, Engineering and Science were added in 1964. The University currently has a School of Postgraduate Studies, a Distance Learning Institute (DLI) and twelve faculties.

Requirements: – Prospective candidates should possess B.Sc/B.A/HND in Journalism, Mass Communication or any related discipline from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division/Lower Credit plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption. – SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credit in five (5) subjects including Mathematics and English Language is compulsory. – Candidate must possess a minimum of six (6) years relevant experience in Programme Production. – Professional Certificate in Programme Production would be an added advantage.
