Job Description:
The spa manger will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the beauty spa. She is to manage the spa's finances, employees and services. The Spa Manager will have to perform business tasks, as well as working directly with customers by providing select spa services.

Basically, she is expected to manage the direction and development of the retail, massage, esthetics, nail services and reception staff; to develop, monitor, and review all staffing, scheduling, facility operations, supply procurement, revenue management, safety training, standard operating procedures, payroll management and guest service satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Must be female between the ages of 25 to 45;
- Must have a good degree from a reputable university in any field;
- Training or licensure in cosmetology and different types of beauty treatments would be an advantage;
- Bachelor's Degrees in hospitality, resort or small business management would also be an advantage;
- At least 2 years experience in the spa business.
