Job description:
1. Responsible for network performance improvement.
2. Responsible for frequency planning & tuning/PSC planning/UTRAN optimization.
3. Responsible for in-depth drive test log analysis and high level solution recommendation.
4. Responsible for GSM/UMTS network troubleshooting/analysis and problem resolution.
5.Responsible for customer support for network bottleneck resolution.
6. Responsible for High level in depth performance analysis.
7. Supervision of SBC/field engineers.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1.Professional Qualificaion & experience： Bachelor degree more than 4 years or master degree more than 2 years work experience of communication,electon and computer .
2.Produc Skill：Familiar with Huawei or E///GSM/UMTS RF RNP & RNO, be able to do network Audit,maintenance, optimization and KPI Improve and give training to local staff.
3.Professional Skill：Familiar with GSM/UMTS basic theory, deep knowledge on call signaling flow, and has ability to analysis network issues speedily.
4.Language：English or French as work language.
5.Leadership Qualiies：Have good communication and team-cooperation skills
6.Visa: STR or work permit
7.Work Location :Nigeria,Cote
d'Ivoire,Cameroon.
