Context/Scope:
Lagos Brewery with over 180 staff and about 40 managers is responsible for brewing and packaging weekly average of over 45khl of Guinness products.
Leadership Responsibilities: Able to braise up challenges and proffer solutions before escalating to a higher level.
Purpose of Role: To provide efficient support to the brewing, engineering and packaging operations to be able to deliver superior products on time and in full.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
• Provide efficient services to various brewery functions in the area of goods receipts of engineering spares/consumables.
• Replenishment of stocks, follow up on request for Gases, Lubricants, oil, fuels etc to ensure no stock out.
• Management of physical and Inventory stock of engineering spares/consumables.
• Management of fuel vendor and ensure availability of fuel always.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• OND/HND in Chemical/Physical/Biological Sciences
• 2 to 5 years experience in Store keeping experience would be added advantage.
Barriers to Success in Role:
• Inability to influence colleagues and associates.
• Inability to work in a disciplined manner, following designated procedures
