Job description: – Our client is a leading telecoms business in Africa and they are searching for a Pre-Optimization Lead – Ensure that new sites are Deployed as per design – Ensure that new sites are integrated smoothly in the network – Evaluate the performance of new sites – Fine tune new sites to meet the Target KPIs – Follows-up the evolution of the radio system quality.

Desired Skills and Experience: – 5 years experience in 2G/3G are required – University degree in Computer or – Telecommunication engineering – Excellent use of Excel – Must have Ericsson or Huawei vendor experience – Good knowledge in performance management, DB parameters and features.
