Age: 35-45 years
Qualification:
• A good M.Sc degree in Public Administration, personnel management or sociology.
Experience:
• He must be ICT competent.
• Excellent writing/communication skills are essential.
• Must have been in a management position for at least 4 years.
• Must be a team player.
