We are looking for an experienced Expatriate Quantity Surveyor to join our QS/Estimation team. You will have ideally worked in a large construction company in a similar position where you have worked on both residential and marine structures. It would also be advantageous if you have experience in Estimation.

We are situated in the Oil and Gas Free Zone in Onne, Rivers State, Nigeria and our ideal candidate will be ready to embrace compound living . Your excellent communication skills will be used as you will be part of a large multi-cultural team.

The key functions of the role are: – Preparation of quotations – Co-ordinate various projects – Preparation of quotations for review – Follow up project changes and Amend BoQ – Attend to the progress of all projects and provide weekly report – Development and implementation of internal standard and construction methods.

Desired Skills and Experience:
We are looking for candidates that have: – Minimum 5 years of experience in analogous position – Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Estimation – Experience working on residential and/or marine structures – Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities – Fluency in English at working levels.
