A Media Planning Account Coordinator is needed in an advertising industry with required responsibilities as follows:
Supports media planning team by preparing events and operations documents.
Take direction from Supervisor and Planner
Meet with vendors regularly to stay current on new Out of Home opportunities
Competitive requests
Research new media opportunities to determine appropriate options for each plan
Prepare all necessary paperwork and submit to Planner/Supervisor for approval
Prepare options decks in PowerPoint as assigned
POP and photo books
Qualifications and Requirements:
Entry Level in relevant field
1-3 years of experience
Self-motivated, organized, team player, excellent communication skills, multi-tasker
