MISSION OF THE ROLE: – To manage the assigned clients to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded for product and after sales services. To grow revenues and improve P&L in each account. To improve and develop customer relationships and enlarge the client base promoting the brand across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Maximise annual revenues from assigned accounts – Target new accounts to maximise sales opportunities – Work with the General Manager to improve the P&L on each account – Manage and develop accounts by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers – Deal appropriately with customers complaints.

Desired Skills and Experience:

REQUIREMENT: – Education: A level and vocation HND or degree – Proven track record in sales in relevant industry sector – Negotiation skills and sale technique – Long term customer relationship approach – Communication and presentation skills – Regular user of MS Office – This is an ideal role for someone with experience in sales the luxury segment market (2-3 years) – Your clients will be both private and corporate accounts. You need to be sales oriented, motivated to meet the target and challenge yourself. – Enthusiasm, Humility, Ethics complete the desired profile.
