Job Description: – Develop and build the existing product portfolio to ensure relevance – Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure targeted and successful campaigns are delivered – Identify and develop new content through research – Develop tailored training solutions to fit client brief – Manage relationships with trainers to secure ongoing support – Provide creative decision making to set formats for training courses programs.

Job Qualifications: – A degree is needed – Strong educational track record and understanding of the industry sector – Previous commercial experience is a plus – Understanding of the training content production would be beneficial – Outgoing personality and strong communication skills – Ability to work in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment.
