Iain Dowie has been named as the new Hull City manager and has just nine games to keep the club in the Premier League.
The 45-year-old has agreed terms on a short-term contract and will be officially unveiled as Phil Brown's successor at a press conference. He will then take training on Thursday as he attempts to plot the Tigers' survival bid.
Dowie's Hull reign will start with a must-win trip to bottom side Portsmouth on Saturday.
In an interview with Sky Sports News' Bryn Law, the former Charlton boss admits he is relishing the challenge after agreeing a deal with the Tigers late on Tuesday.
