Job Description: – Ensure downtime is reviewed and root cause analysis for each occurrence is conducted. – Evaluate the maintenance backlog, identify causes and address them. – Focus on building a solid relationship between operations and maintenance. – Focus on building an organization that follows up to ensure all projects are completed to the satisfaction of internal staff as well as external customers. – Build teamwork and synergies within and between those working in the Maintenance organization.

Job Qualifications: – Degreed engineer or skilled tradesmen with at least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Leader. – Experience in soap factory. – At least 5 years electrical and mechanical experience.
Led, managed and dealt with the identified challenges. – Turned maintenance organizations around in the past. – A full understanding of the dynamics of bringing about change.
