Role Responsibilities: – To review the development of quotations, proposals and tenders. – To supervise correspondence with clients. – To review and negotiate contract terms and conditions. – To review the profit and loss of specific activity within the
organization. – To develop and manage a department budget. – To develop business strategies that can be used as guidelines in developing and managing business plans. – To propose, agree and offer the most appropriate commercial and technical offer for large project enquiries to maximize the company's opportunity to secure the project.

Qualifications: – BSc or Higher National in Business Administration – 10 – 15 years of experience in Exploration and Production. – Significant commercial and business experience in the E&P industry. – Must be conversant with financial modeling in an oil and gas operations company. – Experience on contract management, legal and implementation policies as relates to oil and gas. – Must have a reasonable understanding of government contracting policies and procedures. – Must have the ability to perform commercial and Financial analysis (Excel skills and basic financial background) – Must efficiently and professionally understand and interpret a tender.

Personal qualities: – Should have excellent communication skills – A negotiating, persuasive and influencing skill is required for the role.
