INSPECTOR-GENERAL of Police Hafiz Ringim yesterday announced the redeployment and promotion of some policemen.
Affected are the Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Adisa Bolanta, who was redeployed to Sokoto State. Bolanta is to be replaced by Saliu Hashimu.
The postings take immediate effect.
If this will be in the interest of the nation and not politics as usual.
