Job description: – The expectations are that this role will be pivotal in impacting the region.

As such you will be expected to; – Develop regional buisness plans – Develop fund activity plans – Ensure effective implementation of the company model – Provide direction to the country offices – Develop partnerships and attract new business – Develop policies and procedures for efficency – Be an advisor to the senior leadership team.

Desired Skills and Experience: – 10 years management experience – Investment and SME experience – Advanced degree – MBA preferably.
