Requirements: – Candidates must possess first Degree in Estate Management with M Sc Degree (by research thesis) in the same or related/equivalent discipline. – Candidates' qualifications must be registrable for Ph.D programme in Estate Management in the University and with the ESVARBON. – Candidates with B.Sc Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division may be considered but must have registered with ESVARBON. – Experience in teaching at University level will be an added advantage.
