Specific Job Responsibilities: – Develop and drive the company's long and short term revenue growth strategies at the region . – Supervise and coordinates the activities of the branches under the region to ensure positive contributions to the bottom-line – Advise management on key planning issues and makes important business decisions.

Qualification and Skills: – Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor's degreelHND or its equivalent – Excellent leadership and communication skills – Candidates must possess strong analytical and IT skills – Be self-driven. detailed and result oriented – Candidates must be able to conduct meetings and presentation skillfully – Candidate must have at least 10 years' experience in the marketing of financial products preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
