KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: – The candidate will be responsible for supervising organisational units responsible for membership issues, business advisory, members' education, business advocacy, research, marketing, business mentoring and dispute resolution

QUALIFICATION: – Minimum of a higher degree in any discipline – A professional qualification will count as advantage

EXPERIENCE: – At least fifteen years with not less than 8 years in a senior management position.

PERSONAL SKILLS: – Ability to lead the creation of a shared vision and strategy – Excellent strategy execution discipline – Excellent presentation and communication skills – Ability to think, act strategically and proactively – Ability to inspire and motivate all levels of staff – Ability to work with minimal
supervision.
