As a division of the Shoprite Group, we manage ticket sales and access control at events, concerts, sports events, etc. We also sell bus and flight tickets, as well as travel packages and deals.

Duties will include:
• Assisting with the planning and
management of box offices and festivals' travelling to venues and the transportation of equipment liaising with engineers regarding box office system requirements· making sure that all technical requirements are met when having box offices or big events-coordinating retail staff prior to, during and after events (cashing up, ticket reconciliation, payment of staff and client sign-off)
• planned maintenance that needs to be arranged administrative duties, attending to queries and call logging' network setup and implementation
• assisting with general outlet maintenance' asset control and tracking thereof equipment management management of office if Manager is unavailable.

Minimum requirements: – Technical experience (2 – 5 years)
• A minimum of a tertiary qualification and 3 – 5 years' working experience
• Computer literacy maturity and professionalism' ability to liaise on all levels' ability to deal with diversified groups' ability to work under pressure' transport (essential)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
(prerequisite)
• Outgoing with good communication skills' strong leadership skills' must be prepared to work overtime
• A valid driver's licence.
