Responsibilities: – Successful candidates will contribute in the growth of the branch balance sheet through business development, revenue generation, profit and cost management, customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements: – A first Degree or equivalent in any discipline. – Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, ACA e.tc is an added advantage. – Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in relationship management role in retail I commercial banking based market – Excellent customer relationship development/ management – Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business processes, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis – Basic banking operations and advanced selling skills – Products knowledge, credit analysis and documentation.
