Minimum Requirements: – Work experience in college/university environment – Ability to multitask – Above secondary school graduation and seven (7) years of experience in catering or related food service area, degree, NCE or combination of experience and higher education or a diploma in a catering subject. (Health and safety or food hygiene qualifications are crucial) – Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills. – Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format. – Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and customer service – Must not be above 45 years
