Position: Senior Office Manager
The Job:
• The position provides administrative support to the Head of Administration as well as general administration for the organization.
• Requires someone who is standards driven and has an excellent interpersonal skill as well as strong written and verbal communication skills – possessing tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement.
• Articulate and computer literate with a good standard of typing.
• Should also possess strong mathematical skills and high levels of initiative, drive and the ability to cope under pressure.
• Will be required to apply common sense and understanding in carrying out duties.
• Confidentially is required at all times due to the nature of information being exposed.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Must possess a University degree and prior experience of at least 2-3 years in an administrative type role.
• Being able to multi-task will be an advantage.
