The candidate: – Must possess at least an HND in any of the following Mechanical Engineering. Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate management or any other related field of study. – At least 3 years hands on experience in building construction and mechanical installations – Auto cad experience is of added advantage – Excellent communication skills and Project management skills will be an added advantage – Ability to coordinated a multifaceted construction team.
