Requirements: – Applicants must be holder of HND/B.Sc in building or civil engineering or architecture with not less than 7 years' experience. – Applicant must have excellent supervisory skills and be able to manage a team of 10-15 personnel. – Applicant must have deep knowledge of materials specification, detailing, contractor soureing, pricing and tendering and supervision to completion. – Applicant must have wide experience on site works and finishing.
