Role Summary:
The role summary of this position is to ensure satisfactory customer service experience for our customers at all times, irrespective of the mode and medium of customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support for the CRM.
Resolve all customer enquiries and complaints in a business-like manner.
Create a direct and good communication link between the clients and the business development manager
Dealing with new clients, and contact with existing client base.
Assist marketing team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
Develop and update client related reports.
Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.
Work as the Clients' Advocate.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must posses a minimum of B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline.
Must have a good command of English language, sociable, and sound inter-personal relationship.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
Analytical and numerical skill.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Team work spirit and problem solving skill.
Must be able to work cooperatively with team.
Must attend to clients effectively.
Must be able to step in positions of senior colleagues when the need arises.
Must be ready to carry out training s and presentations when called upon.
Must have good conversation and telephone manners.
Must reside in Lagos.
Skills and Competencies:
Must possess good customer relationship management skills.
Must demonstrate average Emotional Intelligence (EI).
