Job Details: – Prospective candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategic and mid-term goals of the company, as well as the management of human and material resources of the facilities management division of the company. – Must possess a first degree in marketing, business, engineering, estate management or related field with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in the facilities management or related industry. Possession of an MBA or second degree will be an added advantage. – A certified facilities manager or related professional qualification will be preferred. – Experience and professional certifications in Industrial cleaning and janitorial services will however be required for this position.
