DUTIES/ RESPONSIBLITIES: – Ensure that buildings are designed and built to the project specifications and budget of the company. – Achieve project objectives and deliver projects on schedule. – Oversee and maintain on-going building constructions. – Plan and direct activities of personnel at site. – Schedule duties and assign equipment and material to conduct required maintenance and construction. – Consult with Architects on building layouts. – Ensure efficient management of buildings while supervising and coordinating the works of contractors on site. – Keep record of activities linked to the operation and management of the facilities/ buildings.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE: – Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in building engineering with a minimum of 5 years extensive experience in building. – Proactive and responsive to project needs.
