Job Title: Project Principal

RESPONSIBILITIES – Responsible for developing new business with new or current clients and supports an array of company, business, and group marketing functions. Project Principal may also be assigned project team management responsibilities. – Develops and maintains effective client relationships within assigned market responsibility. – Recommends business development plans for assigned market responsibility. Such plans shall identify and quantify the resources required to meet objectives. – Executes approved business development plans. – Achieve new business goals. – Prepare and submit proposals and qualification statements. – Participate in interview and presentations. – Manages assigned business development resources, including supervision of members assigned to proposal teams, to meet established objectives. – Obtains approvals of resource commitments, proposed contracts and fees for consulting engagements. – Reports business development results. – Provides information, recommendations, and support for marketing functions of company, division, and group. – Prepares Professional Services Agreement including terms and conditions. – Develops bills and collects amounts due. – Other functions delegated by the group manager or business unit leader. – Assist Project Lead/Manager and Project Team in execution of engagements. – Anticipated travel in support of projects and new business development is approximately 10% of time. – Knowledge of federal market requirements and responsibilities is mandatory. – Ability to develop and execute multidisciplinary projects is required
QUALIFICATION – Bachelors of Science in BUS/ADMIN or specialty field from an accredited four-year university. – Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
