ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist supervisor with coaching, training and mentoring of staff on adjustment and/or billing issues and concerns. Works independent of supervisor, Able to analyze, researches, initiate appropriate field work orders, maintains and monitor pending file daily to ensure customer resolution. Ensures accounts without any field exceptions are billed or adjusted within one day. Reviews and approves appropriate paperwork and adjustments submitted to ensure correct codes, comments and money amounts are entered and obtains all required signatures,Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.
REQUIREMENT
BSc in any related or specialty field
Two years of administrative or customer service-related experiences are required
