Job Summary: – Manage and deliver training and development activities to clients in accordance with organisational requirements. – Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within client's organisation.

Primary Responsibilities: – Manage the planning, design and
implementation/delivery of all Learning and Development requirements. – Deliver client training requirements including product knowledge training. – Oversee administrative tasks associated with all training internal and external. – Ensuring all client training records and materials are up to date. – Sourcing training materials including external training providers when required.

Job Requirements: – 8 -10 years experience in the learning function, 3 of which must have been in a structured training consulting firm. – Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients. – Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
