Job description: – Our client is a leading food production/processing business with a significant $multi-billion turnover. They now seek to recruit an experienced and highly capable – Head of Laboratory to oversee the R&D, testing and evaluation of their products to ensure the highest possible international food standards are met and adhered to. – The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in wheat testing and evaluation, dough-science and the role of enzymes in flour/wheat sectors. – You should be an expert in the flour/wheat testing sector and associated equipment and techniques. – This is a senior role and as such the client will offer a generous salary & benefits package to attract the best.
