Ikeja Electricity Distribution Plc, Nigeria's largest power distribution network, came into existence on November 1st, 2013 following the handover of the defunct Power Holding Company Of Nigeria (PHCN) to NEDC/ KEPCO Consortium under the privatization scheme of the Federal Government.

B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES – Assist with reducing collection losses within the organization – Assist with reviewing and developing strategies for increasing collection – Assist with ensuring revenue mobilization resources are adequate and effective in driving collection – Periodic review of targets set for each Business Unit and Undertakings – Periodic assessment and review of all payment channels across the network – Review, assessment and monitoring of disconnection activities within the network – Ensuring Business Units and Undertakings possess the right reports required to drive collection – Assist with developing and implementing a robust debt recovery strategy – Monitoring and assessment of debtor profile and behavior – Identify collection gaps and recommend strategies for mitigating collection risks.

C. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
· Usage of Relevant Revenue Assurance Software
· Analytics and Report Writing Skills.
· Good Communication Skills
· Knowledge of NERC/collections regulations and guidelines
· Self-motivated with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Fast learner, energetic and enthusiastic
· Adaptable to flexible business demand.

E. . EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS – 5+ years working experience (commercial experience is an added advantage) – Prior working experience in a utility company – BSc in any of Accounting, Statistics,
Economics, Business Administration or Engineering field. Professional qualification is desirable – Age: Not more than 40 years.
