Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Duties:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of action taken
• Maintain customer database
• Carrying out other assigned responsibilities
Requirement/ Qualification:
• Minimum HND in mass communication or other related discipline
• Interpersonal skills
• Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptability
