Key Responsibilities: • Search and selection, Identifying suitably qualified candidates (database searches, advertising, referrals, networking, etc). • Create and build contacts, and a network within the (offshore) industry. • Compile a diverse candidate pool inline with future recruitment needs. • Evaluate, assess and select candidates. • Submit appropriate candidates to clients based upon skills required for each position. • CV/Resume formatting. • Performing reference checks. • Networking to identify recruitment opportunities within a new and existing client base whilst promoting Company services. • Preparing and presenting proposals together with the Account Managers and arranging job postings. • Identifying and expanding sources of high quality candidates and prioritising targets for sourcing by region/location. • Interviewing to create a short-list of candidates both on the telephone and face-to-face. • Coordinating and arranging interviews between clients and candidates. • Chasing feedback, multi-tasking, prioritising and working on simultaneous projects. • Administration for candidates and clients, to include contact details, contracts and status changes and recording information in the CRM system. • Ad-hoc duties as and when needed/requested. Qualifications and Requirements • A degree in Technical Field, Business, Economics, Social Sciences • At least 1 - 3 years experience • Excellent commmunication and interpersonal skills • Must be IT savvy
