Job Description: – The Legal Officer will provide a wide range of contract drafting; legal advice and related support. Other duties shall include but not be limited to: – Advise on RFPs, component purchase, hardware manufacture, logistics, repair and product safety, as well as software licensing and development, related professional services and support arrangements – Supporting and advising the Product Design and Development team on the development (in-house and external) by reviewing licensing and support arrangements – Reviewing new hire contractual agreements – Supporting and advising the business on all customer product related obligations.
