A rapidly expanding Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) company based in Lagos with strong competencies in public relations, brand strategy, event management and experiential marketing, seeks to hire competent and skilled individuals to fill the position above.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to the following: – Develop creative programmes and design concepts that meet clients' brand objectives and advance clients' brand strategies – Lead creative sessions for projects and working with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and presentations Reporting to the Group Strategy Director

Requirements: – Candidates for this position must he extremely creative and innovative and possess the following qualities:
.
Excellent communication skills: – A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts – University Degree in the Creative Arts or related field or equivalent, with strong competencies in visual design. – At least seven (7) years management experience working with large-scale web sites, e-marketing, and advertising – A strong working knowledge and experience in design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process – Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns – Ability to lead projects from concept to completion; apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and Site mapping – Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash applications.

Other Requirements: – Candidate must have Seven (7) years cognate experience in Brand management, Concept development and Client service and also a minimum of BA/B.Sc in Mass Communication or equivalent in any relevant field off study.
