Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities: – Plan, schedule, and provide work directions at unit level based on the urgency, economical consideration and workforce availability – Supervise or lead process-related technical studies to improve operability, conduct de-bottlenecking, minimize loss, and enhance energy efficiencies – Supervise or lead technical investigation pertinent to plant incidents or troubles working with other relevant departments to identify root causes and propose recommendations – Review and approve process-related technical procedures, SOPs. Ensure the procedures are properly implemented. – Review and approve MOC (Management of Change) and ensure proper risk assessments are implemented before the execution. – Liaise with HR function to plan staffing requirements, conduct performance reviews of subordinates, and finalize staff development program to further enhance individual potential performance – Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Process Engineering Manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION: – Additional qualifications from a professional body are desirable. – Affiliation/member with nationally recognized professional body; if applicable – Degree/Qualification in related course or other equivalent experience, plus minimum of 8years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas (Construction, Engineering, Offshore sectors etc.) or relevant sectors – Pro-active and positive  to changes and challenges – Pro-active and open in communication with all interfacing parties. – Demonstrate a good level of initiative – Team oriented and performance driven – Upholds core values and reputation both internally and externally: Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Performance and Collaboration.
