Qualifications and Experience:
• BSC/ HND in engineering, sciences or any of the business disciplines, MBA or relevant professional qualifications will be preferred.
• The successful candidate will be expected to have strong management and business development skills, as he will be expected to meet agreed targets.
• An experience profile of not less than 6 years in managing the business development function of a technical product company, engineering consulting companies, or a technical driven service will be useful.
• In this role, the person will oversee other departments, including engineering consulting, technical training, technical recruitment and outsourcing of technical personnel.
• We require a person with good personality, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being self motivated.
• He/ She will be responsible for the short & long term business strategic plan and implementation.
• Generate and develop strategic business alliance with international partners.
